Mission Statement

Lil Goldman Early Learning Center is devoted to fostering academic excellence, love of learning, the transmission of Jewish values and the affirmation of each individual's worth through developmentally appropriate play.

Philosophy

• We believe early childhood education is the foundation for a lifetime of learning.  
• In a setting of early socialization, children participate in educational activities that match their capabilities  
• Giving children choices helps them learn how to make decisions and resolve issues. The value of play and free choice are enhanced as children learn through trial and error.  
• A "whole-language" approach to reading readiness activities helps develop literacy as signs, symbols, and printed materials that are easily recognized by pre-schoolers surround the children.  
• Children develop small and large-motor skills during physical education, outdoor play, creative movement and other experiences.
